Our natural gas storage and transportation assets generate steady cash flows, primarily backed by long-term contracts. All of our business is fee-based, and approximately 90 percent of our assets' revenues come from fees that reserve capacity on our pipelines and in our storage facilities. This profile supports steady cash flows and minimizes our exposure to commodity price swings.

As a result of our strategy of balanced growth, we have a sound foundation of fee-based businesses, a strong liquidity position and a healthy balance sheet that provides steady revenue and the ability to grow.
