Spectra Energy Partners, LP - responding to requests from both producers for additional market outlets and end users for increased access to Appalachian supplies - is proposing to expand the capacity of its East Tennessee Natural Gas pipeline system to move substantial volumes of natural gas from the Appalachian supply basin to Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic U.S. markets.

Located between abundant natural gas supplies in the Appalachian basin and the fast growing markets of the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic United States, ETNG is perfectly positioned to bring these supplies and markets together through its Greenway Project. The proposed expansion will not only increase the number of Appalachian producers linked to ETNG, but it will also substantially enhance the delivery capabilities to customers currently connected to the system.

ETNG is holding a Non-binding Open Season from February 1 through February 29, 2008, and invites parties interested in obtaining capacity to submit a Non-binding Nomination Form.

Please contact your ETNG Account Manager or Bill Wickman at (865) 692-2110 to discuss any questions or seek additional information about this Non-binding Open Season.
